i encourage you, my good friend and reader, consider starting a Five Coffees and a Book group. you can’t imagine what it will add to your life until you do it. i promise.
you don’t have to know anything or “be good at leading groups” to do it. if you can show up, you can change someone’s life, and that someone might even be you.
here’s a fantastic article by Laura Lindsay at the Murfreesboro Pulse that talks about “the darkness rolled over her” and Five Coffees and a Book (if you’re in the Murfreesboro area, you can find a print copy, too!). the article is a good primer for you and the people you’re inviting to be part of your Five Coffees group.
forward this to a friend right now! i’ll even do the ask for you:
i’d love for us to spend some time talking more deeply about stuff that really matters. my friend paul wrote a book called “the darkness rolled over her”. i’d love to read it with you and talk about it.
you can get the ebook free here:
want to meet up over coffee sometime this week? ☕️
are you doing well? what are you thankful for? hope to see you soon!
